On 11th January 2013, SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge has received approval from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway of the prospectus in connection with the listing of: - FRN SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge Tier 1 perpetual bond with an issuer's call as ISIN NO 001 0665342 and a value of NOK 500,000,000
- FRN SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge new Tier 2 bond 2012 - 2022 with an issuer's call as ISIN NO 001 0665334 and a value of NOK 500,000,000
The bond agreements were signed on 14th December 2012, and an application for listing has been submitted to Oslo Børs. The prospectus dated 11th January 2013, consisting of a summary, a share registration note and a share securities note for the Tier 1 perpetual bond and the Tier 2 bond respectively, will be publicly available at the issuer's homepage www.snn.no and the managers' home pages www.sb1markets.no and www.danskebank.no.
